What RGV411 is

RGV411 is a local directory and referral platform covering service categories (including AC repair, plumbing, electrical, emergency veterinary care, pool service, water damage restoration, roofing, locksmith, garage door repair, pest control, and auto repair) across cities in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. RGV411 is not itself a licensed contractor, plumber, electrician, veterinarian, or provider of any listed service, and does not perform any of the services listed on the Site.

How pages on this Site work

Pages on this Site operate in one of a few ways, and which applies to any given page may change over time:

Open pages — no business is currently featured for that city/service combination. If you submit a request through a form on this type of page, your name and phone number are collected by RGV411 and may be passed along to a local business we've identified as a fit, so they can contact you directly.
Featured partner pages — a specific local business has paid RGV411 for placement on that page. The page displays that business's name and contact information and links directly to their own phone number or website. On these pages, RGV411 does not collect or forward your personal information — you contact the business directly, the same as you would from any other listing.

No guarantee of service quality

RGV411 makes reasonable efforts to feature businesses in good standing, but we do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance status, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by any business listed or referred through this Site. You are responsible for verifying a business's licensing and qualifications before hiring them, particularly for licensed trades (electrical, plumbing) where Texas state licensing requirements apply.

Featured placements

Businesses may pay RGV411 a recurring fee for featured placement in a specific city and service category. Placement is not permanent and may be reassigned, rotated, or removed at RGV411's discretion, including at the end of a paid term or for quality/performance reasons.

Limitation of liability

RGV411 is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGV411 is not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses arising from your interaction with any business listed, featured, or referred through this Site. Any dispute regarding services performed is between you and the business you hired.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
