What we collect, and when
What's collected depends on which type of page you're on:

We also collect standard, non-identifying technical data common to all websites (pages visited, approximate location from IP address, browser type) through our hosting provider (Netlify) and, if enabled, Google Search Console / Analytics, for the purpose of understanding site traffic.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your name, phone number, or contact information to third parties or data brokers.
- We do not use your information for advertising retargeting.
- We do not text or call you ourselves using the information you submit — if you submit a request on an Open page, the business you're matched with contacts you, not RGV411.
Third-party services we use
Form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Hosting and basic traffic data are provided by Netlify. Search performance data may be visible to us through Google Search Console. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing data that passes through their systems.
Your choices
You can use any Featured partner page without submitting any information at all — just call or visit the linked business directly. If you've submitted a request through an Open page and want it deleted, contact us at rgv411admin@gmail.com and we'll remove it from our records and ask the matched business to do the same.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
